Now she is 21 and studying in the University in Japan.

Alot of English lyrics in her song. That's one of the reasons why I like her song.
As her father is American, her pronunciation is very good, yet her lyrics express the feeling of Japanese girls.
Her latest 7th album "ALL YOURS" has become top the Oricon hit charts in its first appearance.

Why "Kobukuro"? Very simple, becouse Kobuchi & Kuroda lol

Actually I knew them before they became famous.
They used to sing on the street in Osaka which was on the way to my college.
I alway saw them singing. They can sing very very very well.
One day, one of my college firend asked them to sing for our college festival.
I tell you....they can sing exactly like the Youtube video.
They sang "SAKURA". I still remember that I was so touched and cried.
My friends and I were quite sure they would get famous. And they DID in 2005 with the song "SAKURA".
I was so happy but I was not surprised. Because I knew they deserved it....
